Two wrongs make a right… the human googly

Peter Roebuck’s article, “what price justice?” highlights some important points on the attitude of the BCCI with regard to this hearing. I couldn’t help agreeing with some of his views and thought it deemed fit. Read more… »

Shaun Tait quits: No Joke!

taityWell, this has to be the joke of this century in the cricketing world but it is not. Shaun Tait actually quit! Quit cricket indefinitely, citing physical and emotional exhaustion. Oh! Bloody hell, I have been screaming my head off on this burnout which was on the cards time and again, in this site and in the blogging world. Read more… »

A great series amidst hollywood melodrama

Before the start of this series, my expectations on the performance of the Indian team would have been a series draw and sadly however hard you try to not read the score line, it shows Australia wins. However let’s not confuse this to the actual incident that happened and focus on some of the statements from the boards, ex-players who truly believe that India is not a racist country. Are we sweeping things under the carpet ourselves? Of course!

The curious case of Shaun Tait

Once again there was much hype in the Australian media and the man himself on his speed and also that he will rip through the Indian batting like butter. Sadly he failed at everything… bowling extraordinarily fast, walking the talk or be a handful to the Indian batsmen. Read more… »
