But I couldn't read too much into it and therefore am clueless. But we must also consider that the fielders were in the deep to prevent the big shots and whenever they were up, he hammered them. What about the Badrinaths, Venugopal’ Rao’s and others. Why weren’t they ever tried and in some cases persisted with?
