Namya… All these pictures apparently are ones that has been scanned from biographies written about him. Dead sure he supplied them . I liked them so much, decided to keep it here as a good memory of Dravid. Perhaps, later on, I might one day show my kid these.
Welcome Vikas to Cricketfizz… Hope to see more of you here.
LOL… Yes, He is not through yet and I didn’t quite imagine that he will make a comeback though purely a selection policy comeback in ODIs. And considering how few test matches we are to play till the world cup, I thought he was more or less done.
Probably he’s the only player in the world who has all the possible records & no airs at all. But He ’s n’t as simple as he appears. He’s as sophisticated as is the depth in his batting. I mean, He is undoubtedly down to earth but extremely difficult to be understood.
I have been his ardent fan ever since I saw him in a Board XI match in 1993 & was waiting for him to done the prided India colours.
Krishna… You watched him in a board match in 1993… wow. For me it was laxman… Watched him in a couple of local matches and felt this guy will one day play for India.
The 4th is of really RAHUL’S ? So sweet !!! But I agree with Som & Megha . I always wish to see him SMILING a little more . I saw RAHUL for the first time in 2004 while India was playing ODI series against Pakistan & still remember the day clearly . Perhaps I would not have been interested in cricket if RAHUL hadn’t played cricket . RAHUL, PLEASEEEEEEEEEE don’t retire . Love you & ALL THE VERY BEST .
The one on top, that’s tops.
Guess even RD may have lost a few of them. Great collection. Send him the snaps
That’s the one I received first… loved it so much that I mailed the guy if he had more and he sent me an email forward with all these pics.
