Indian cricketer Mohammed Kaif had roughed up a press photographer who tried to take a picture of him when he was coming out of a cinema hall.

And incredibly, the film he had just watched was the Shah Rukh Khan-starrer ‘Om Shanti Om’ lol… Sharukh Khan must be jumping in joy with all the publicity Indian cricket is giving…. First with BCCI’s remarks on him hanging around the Indian cricket team and now this incident.

Coming back to the incident, an FIR was filed and the next day, Kaif apologized to the photographer at the office of City Deputy Superintendent of Police. Later on Kaif told reporters, “As a player, I had come here to play the match. I had never thought I would have to come to police station and get chased by the media,” He wants to put it behind as a “bad experience” and a lesson learnt.

As usual these press photographers get away from repeatedly intruding into people lives and take photos without permission. For once Kaif… you did a great job in kicking the shit out of the photographer. Too bad about the FIR launched…. You had to apologize to the stupid press.
