I don’t really know who this author is, as in I have not read much. The first article i read of his, was utter rubbish except for some real good facts on some aspects of the IPL. He was mostly beating the same old beaten path.

This came as a surprise for the only fact that here is the first journo/cricket writer, which acknowledges the true reality of the scenario. His particular bias does show through but it is relative.

Now I cannot possibly think of any famous Indian writer (read cricketer) that pens out books and columns after columns who can be honest to explain the real situation. They cannot because they are equally part of those who thrive by it and make their money.

So that’s why instead of these hypocrites lambasting Gayle, for once I was truly stunned to see a really honest cricketer, who spoke his mind as he saw unlike the hypocritical administrators and paid to write journalists of the game.
